Maximus Federal Services was awarded a $4.88 million contract to provide Testing Call Center Services.
This contract action was not awarded competitively and was not fixed price. A class J&A has not yet been posted to SAM. The contract type is time-and-materials. The Department of Health and Human Services stated, “It is difficult to estimate with any certainty the exact number of hours needed to complete the tasks. COVID-19 is an emerging disease, and there are no vaccines or approved treatments and it is not possible for the Government or Contractor to accurately predict the number of people who get tested.”
